My comment is more related to best for Urban -- his typical 4yr plan to a championship.  Jags gonna take at least 3 years to even get to 8-8 record while the Chargers could be in playoffs as early as next season.  

I doubt Urban lasts more than 3-4yrs in Jacksonville....

Vrabel is a defensive guy. I doubt he had much input on offensive play calling

Talking about tendencies, like calling too many runs (even the the defense is expecting it) vs. passes, situational playcalls, etc.
