Never heard of him, but this has a nice vibe. Love the guitar rhythm riffage throughout.

Check out everything from Colemine Records.

Since I'm here, I'll throw in one of my dinofuck recommendations of a newish band I just discovered, from their most recent release. If you love derivative 70s hard rock style that just kicks ass check this out.

Maybe too soft/slow for some, but I love everything Black Belt Eagle Scout has put out. Saddle Creek Records which I think was founded by Bright Eyes years ago. New album out today...

Anyone else take in the new Lana Del Rey album yet? I've been listening to it all day.  It's goddamn amazing.

I'm going to trust you on this one. Don't lead me wrong.

finally got around to it. production and songwriting are really impressive, but something still feels cold about it. need some change of tempo somewhere.

My Release Radar is spattered with the 90s.

STP, Weezer, Goo Goo Dolls, Third Eye Blind, Green Day, Noel Gallagher, Pixies

edit: Looks like Korn put something out as well.

Might have been mentioned already, but I bumped into the new Sundara Karma album on the release radar and started listening to quite a bit of their stuff. A huge Bowie vibe going on. Enjoying it quite a bit.

New Sturgill out today. I think I really like it, but definitely a departure from his other albums. Much more rock and noise. Not country.

Mecury in Retrograde may be in my top 3 Sturgill songs.

Just got to this today. It's veeeeerrrrrrrrrry different. I think I like it though.

New Wilco, Avett’s and Old Crow all out Friday. Good week for Americana.

I knew Wilco's "Ode to Joy" was coming -- Avett is a nice surprise.

Yeah, that is a jam.
Just the rhythm of that song fucking jams for me. I love this album. Make Art Not Friends is badass too. But most of the rest album just fucking rocks. Its great. Very similar to the last show i saw him play although it was him jamming on his guitar playing all the songs from the last couple albums. Completely different from the previous shows I'd seen him with the large backing band.

What an artist. Listening to the Joe Rogan podcast now.

Make Art Not Friends is the other one I like most too.
