He might be considered as an interior OL.

No he’s being recruited as a DL, but he plays both ways. Read on 24/7 Flordia showed interest as of late & hes was going to visit Georgia with Sanders soon. Played with Dele as well.

(I'm not doxxing him, he's made it very clear on multiple boards that that's him - he used to link to it from his account on one of the aggy sites)

He is the quintessential aggy.  Insurance salesman, covering the areas of Conroe, spring, cypress, and Katy.

State Farm, no less.  Sorry for you if that's your carrier, but having had to deal with many of them, they are one of the worst.

I'm a Texas Farm Bureau guy myself and haven't had to deal with much aggy. They rarely ever deny a claim in my experience.

I dealt with State farm for years because of work. They are terrible. Their claims offices are staffed largely with the most underprepared, unknowledgeable and uncaring people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

TXFB is the best in Texas depending on what office is handling your claim.

Now back to recruiting.

Dele might never play a serious down at Texas. Marcus Washington is a stud. Carson was never a highly ranked guy anyway.

But, taking absolutely none of that into account...Go look at Mookie Cooper's highlights and silently go sit in the corner in shame, sir.

Why won’t Dele ever play a serious down at Texas? Did he suffer some type of injury or something?

USAA or GTFO.

Hope we get Cain.

USAA is great, #2 to firemans fund (Allianz, now)

dream big, Bru, sanders, Cain trifecta.  We are 5 early departures for the 2017 draft away from a MNC contending team, maybe some prospects are taking notice.

No. People like to complain before he ever gets any meaningful snaps. He's redshirting. He's not Anthony Wheeler. Dude can actually hit. If he can get in position he'll be a beast.

EJ after dark: JUCO LB Caleb Johnson nearing decision; DL notes

— Key JUCO inside linebacker target Caleb Johnson is closing in on a decision. The three-star prospect wants to make a commitment before the early signing period and could pull the trigger as soon as this weekend or very early next week. Johnson is down to Arkansas, Colorado, Oregon and Texas. Oregon made an impression on Johnson on his recent official visit and is making things interesting, but Texas remains the frontrunner in this recruitment.

— Orlando Jones (Fla.) linebacker Marcus Tillman Jr. has been quiet since committing to Texas on the spot over the summer. Tillman is currently on an official visit to Texas and is set to be an early enrollee. However, UCF stopped by his school this week and is trying to make a late push by pitching playing for a ranked team closer to home. With that said, we fully expect Tillman to sign with Texas.

— IMG Academy (Fla.) defensive lineman Antoine Whitner is on an official visit to Texas this weekend. With the Longhorns having some extra room, they are looking to take another defensive lineman and would like a nose. Whitner is listed at 295, but we’ve heard he’s about 20 pounds heavier than that. Whitner is a prospect the Longhorns are closely evaluating as they have yet to offer.

— Another nose candidate to keep an eye on is four-star Salt Lake City East (UT) product Siaki Ika. He is from the same school that produced Texas offensive line signee Junior Angilau and is firmly on the radar. Ika holds offers from Alabama, Ohio State, Penn State, Washington, USC and others.

Player X "holds offers from Alabama, Ohio State, Penn State, Washington, USC and others." and is now "firmly on [Texas'] radar."

Ummm... no, he does not hold real offers from those school listed above if Texas can start following him now, less than 2 weeks before signing day, and he would consider us. If has real offers from one of those schools, he is going to one of those schools and signing on the 19th.

What should have been written is: " 'Alabama, Ohio State, Penn State, Washington, USC and others' have shown interest in Player X and if other options fall through, those schools might consider coming back around and actually offering Player X a scholarship."

That being said, thanks for posting Satya.

He’s the #1 player in Utah. I think he’s just just giving us a look because of Junior.

And strong Polynesian ties.

wish they’d go after the tcu pledge from wichita falls.

Peyton Powell is OVing to Baylor this weekend.

Seriously considering the new TT staff as well if we're to believe the guy that originally brought us this news. Virtually all of his high school coaches are TT fans and certainly tend to point him in that direction.

If it matters a whole lot to anyone here at this point,   decent source at Permian suggests anything could happen but if he had to bet, Powell ends up at UT.

Are you under the impression that all highly rated recruits are signing on NSD1? Going to be a wild one for you.

Come on.... Brand new Tech Staff??  If after all this time Powell chooses Tech, then he's wanting the easy route to playing time.  Horns need Dawgs that love Texas and competition.

If he's a gritty competitive great player.... he'll choose Texas.  If not, the Horns will have no problem finding a replacement in the 2020 Class.  🤘

This will generate "phrasing" jokes, but word is Adeoye is "stiff"

Ika is a fucking stud who is going to Bama if they have room, otherwise LSU feels like they have a good shot. To me, it's worthless to include him in a Texas article until he actually schedules a visit

Hopefully we land a better running back than Glass

Bama' has 7 DL commits.  Are they going to process out a few?  They still getting Sopsher?  LSU article said Sopsher isn't going anywhere unless his bro can come as well.

Sopsher's brother didn't even join the JUCO football team this year. He's going to Bama without the bro

They have 5 public DL commits, 6 if you count Sopsher's silent commit. They might take 7, but as always, Bama is juggling a bunch of elite prospects late and it's anyone's guess as to how exactly it'll fall out. They also might land Kayvon Thibodeaux, but maybe they see him as an OLB, i don't know

Is LSU favored for any current DL guys?  Just seeing if they have anyone ahead of Warren they may land.

247 has them with 7 current DL commits, not that they can’t drop a few of them.

Looks like 247 still hasn't updated Warren's composite after his Rivals bump.

Edit:  NM it just updated.  Warren is close to a composite 4* now.
