This is Herb Hand's most recent follow and he just recently decommitted from NC State. He's a 3 star in the composite but 4 star on 247. Maybe that's the confusion.

6’6” 275 with long arms and a mean streak.

composite 3 star from charlotte

this is what finding players looks like.

Nobody is denying other schools (like OU) make good hires. Riley was a great hire as an OC.
But in your normal bitch ways you used as it a slight at Texas. Herman has his issues but he just made the Big 12 championship game and NY 6 bowl in year 2. Ummm maybe wait a couple more years before you start questioning the hiring process (of Herman in particular) after we just had our best season this decade.
Even dumber is you used aggy as an example of having a "better method of finding and evaluating coaches". Jesus. Are you  serious?

And he took over a team who finished the previous season ranked 3, or 5, depending on your poll of choice.

Riley didn't have to do shit, staff or otherwise, but get into the drivers seat that Bob's ass left nice and warm for him.

Comparing Lincoln Reily's situation to Herman's is laughably stupid. Next year will be the true test of how amazing Riley is when he has to start over without a Heisman QB running his offense.

Recruiting board stuff: why the fuck is Jake Smith not a 5-star? Gatorade Players of the Year usually are.

Too white for a receiver.

Even then, people do not understand how much of a mess our athletic department and football program was in. CDC is just getting started creating an organization that is unified top-down.

Not a camp darling, and he played against so-so competition. The fact that he's better than every-fucking-body-else doesn't factor in to those who sell clicks.

Hard to commit to a school who hasn't offered you.

Regarding the Cal back- not sure a former three star recruit that hardly ever saw the field is going to be anything more than JAG.

If CDC had a Surly account, who would it be?

I'm not sure which poster, but I guarantee you he'd be posting all over the watch thread.

If we miss on any of the big names at RB, sure why not.  Don’t know much about him tho to give an honest opinion.

Apparently he is getting a degree from Berkeley in 2.5 years. That’s highly impressive and might be indicative of leadership skills.

He was a 2016 signee. If he was also an EE, he will have been at Cal for 3.5 years this spring.

How does a grad transfer have 3 years of eligibility left

Yep, he must have placed out of a fair amount of credits before his first day and then he loaded up on courses 4 quarters/year. (I believe that they are on the quarter system at Cal.)

Whatever it is, he put some time in studying his books/iPad/whatever kids study these days.

Maybe we can go 1-0 tomorrow? It’s not highly likely but tune in and see how it all plays out.

Depends on ctj and his sock sydney decides to talk more about the coaching staff with his retarded takes about something he knows little about.
