What a fucking boring bunch of mouthbreathers you fuckers are today.

No shit, this is the worst and wish I'd never opened this thread today.  Good grief.

EJ is considering joining the Navy.  He thinks that if he stays for five years, he can rise in rank enough to get to look through the periscope.

He's doing it for the seamen.

Let's keep recruiting Cali and Arizona hard in 2020, shall we?

Actually, I seen propaganda that aggy runs Arizona, so we better just stick to California unless you want to get sued.

I guess we're going to find out just how plugged-in (or not) IT is. Per Nahlin:

Just took a call that has me confident on Beaty being on staff with a Co-OC attached. I can’t go into more detail yet.

Beck looks to be swallowing a LOT of pride (can't imagine Hand will take a demotion). But for 900k, it's not the worst deal.

Or they could get rid of Drayton and make one of the current OCs the “associate head coach”.

Which is what Ohio State just did on the defensive side. Made Larry Johnson AHC and gave the two new defensive hires the co-DC label.

Beck is getting a ton of money to not call plays - I imagine he's being asked to move on due to low ROI

Beck staying for QB and recruiting would be fine.

Think ideally best case scenario is Warehime is the one leaving with Beaty as TE/Co-oc.  Beck can be passing game coordinator if the Co-oc tag is taken away from him.  Don't want to lose Hand, pay that man.

As said above, he brings a lot to the table and it's not like Texas of all teams gives much of a shit about the money.

Honestly we don’t know anything about his personality.  He could be totally fine with this

If he had playcalling duties taken away during the season, this probably didn't catch him off guard.

Who would hire him as a play caller?

who would hire him as a qb coach for 900k?

If he's prideful, he might take a lower-tier OC job for less money.
