Either way...touchdown brothers (and pretty much everything with Craig and Jub doing bits) fucking sucks.

But he's their bestest, smartest caller...even if lives at home with his mother.

it would be funnier if he played it like infrastructure man and just said in his completely normal junes voice “yeah it’s sal, how are you’s guys doin?”

I enjoy it strictly because he sounds like a terrible version of Sonny from Grease or a 30s stool pigeon movie character. And also because it annoys some of you.

"Were you surprised that you weren't fined and / or punished, and allowed to make a donation instead?"

"Not at all. That happened in the past, we've addressed it and are moving on."

Da fuck?  Most punishment is dealt out based upon things that occurred in the past.

Cuban really came off as a indignant dick.  They weren't even really pressing him, just asked a couple of questions and gave him the floor to explain, and he got really defensive and started cutting them off.

The fact that he said he owns many companies and they all have CEO's that run them seems like he's trying to insulate himself.  He didn't sound really good there but did he really think he would go in for a interview with them and it would only be about the Mavs?  Or was that a setup and scripted....(conspiracy theory sounder)

Amazing and disappointing how the Mavs/Cuban walked away scott free from that shit show. I’m a Mavs fan but the organization didn’t even get a slap on the wrist for two decades of toxic culture. Sends a terrible message.

He had a great chance to address that the culture for women in his organization was not favorable to say the least, and he completely changed the subject in an attempt to "plea the fif". His reputation took a few steps backward imo.

$10m and a complete overhaul of the front office. Are you saying they should have punished them via the on court product and hit them for draft picks? The players and fans didn't do anything.

I don’t think Cuban believes his political aspirations are done. A friend of mine is friends with his brother and according to him it’s when, not if, he runs.

$10m is pocket change. Not even worth discussing.

I’m saying the owner of the team knew his ceo had allegations a mile long stretching back 20 years. Cuban claiming  “I didn’t know anything” is a laughable farce. Cuban knew plenty about Chris Hyde (porn computer, threatening to shoot coworkers) and let him hang around many years after he should have been fired. He also knew Earl sneed had been accused of domestic violence twice and never did anything. Cuban should have been punished with a suspension at a minimum.

I take some solace that it killed Cuban's political aspirations. What a disaster he would've been.

You might want to check out the orange creature that occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Ave before you are so sure about this

Agree, I've always liked Mark's energy as an owner and in his earlier days his more fuck you attitude to the NBA but the idea he knew nothing is a joke and that nothing really happened is a miscarriage of justice...though not shocking because this ain't exactly the first time the top of of organization skated when terrible things happened while they had their hand on the wheel, more like the thousandth time.

Junior brought up the point back when Cuban skated that the NBA probably just said "let's just make this go away" and so that's why he wasn't suspended.

And sure, bring up Trumps but there isn't some huge ground swell of people wanting Cuban to run for office like there was for Trumps. Plus, if Cuban runs on the opposite side, that side is more prone to be less forgiving of MeToo infractions. I'm still wondering what happened with the Portland P-grab story revolving Cuban? Any opponent of his is going to trot out how he was asleep at the wheel or knowingly blind to all that was going on at his organization.

Oh I agree with your logic, it's sound...but since when has logic seemed to matter much these days?

Watching shark tank, Cuban gets more narcissistic by the episode.  I used to really like him, but he’s evolved into a fucking tool.
