True, but not long ago we would be scoring only  4 or 5 runs against crap pitching.

The other problem with the bats in this game is Pierce is trying to get everyone playing time/keep everyone fresh. No Reagan, McCann or Petrinsky.

Not sure our lineup is good enough yet where you can keep several good hitters out of the lineup like Petrinsky and Reagan. There's also a pretty big drop off from McCann and Petter but I understand giving the catcher a breather during a double header.
