If we had a six star recruit, we would never be beat. Vince Young should have had one. CTJ's prom date should have had one. It is known.

I am not sure what your saying, but I would like to hear mor about CTJ’s prom date.

Good point. It’s not like our defense is replacing over 250 combined starts, the most replaced in any year since the stats are available, or that the offense has won both scrimmages, including the one where Sam was out, so we must only be reacting to twitter videos ans no other factors.

I don't disagree with you, but twitter videos are the only things sparking said discussion.

We will be running a 4-1-6 defense by OU, with Ossai as a standup end and McCullough in the middle.

I thought it was decided we were going with 6-2-6 defense?

He was a highly rated tight end, until prom night. Then he became a 2 star wide receiver.

yup... and they will tell Overshown he's going to start as the 3rd "safety" and they will have him line up in the box!

Username most assuredly checks out.

So basically from this video our LBs could stifle a paleolithic big 10/SEC style run game, but are too slow to tackle OSU, KSU, TTU, and WVU.

LSU's best back is a midget scatback, so we'll find out soon enough.

You’re forgetting about Tyrion and Emery. Both freshmen, but they should been really good.

Idk. One of them has a very short stride and I think it may cause him a lot of problems trying to play RB.

Didn't Ricky has a short stride/take choppy steps?

Seems like a pretty accurate list as of now. Based on reports, you might switch Jones and Bimage at DE and Boyce and Green at CB. By fall, I expect McCulloch at MAC and Johnson at Rover, and Coburn to take over NT.

Id also bet that our real starting lineup for most of the year replaces Mac with Joker, and Chris Brown and Overshown being the two there, unless Thompson wins Nickel and then Foster would move to #1 at Joker.

Were Ricky and Earl both recruited for different positions before winning the Heisman as RBs?

Their initial positions were both BAMF.

So we've got Cort as our backup Mac LB.  Terrifying LB depth chart

In reality, any of the players listed at Rover are more likely to be MLB2 than a walk-on.

But yeah, it's not good.

In that LB vid, Whittington can't even make it beyond the LOS.

He must suck.

Don’t worry, he’s just a freshman so we don’t have to worry about him playing until after the OU game.
