Hmmm.....I'm not sure what point he's trying to make here or why something that happened half a century ago in on a news channel, but did he happen to mention that the vote on the Civil Rights Act was not split by party lines?  That those who voted against the Civil Rights Act were overwhelmingly in southern confederate states regardless of party?  And those who voted almost uniformly for the Civil Rights Act were in northern states?  And did he also mention how those people in those confederate states who were mostly Democrats at the time and their children switched to the Republican Party over the next two decades?  Was that the point of the Hannity history lesson?

Interesting trivia -- The one Confederate Senator to vote for the Civil Rights Act?  Texas's own (Democrat) Ralph Yarborough.

And that his water brained fans are thinking “If them Democrats still voted like that, I’d still like ‘em!”

Those stats aren’t a negative to his viewers!!!

They’re the fucking Good Ole Days!

That’s what MAGA is all about to them, ffs!

We frequent his library.  I doubt most people who walk past the exhibit/imagery of  him realize the size of his balls.

From Yarborough to Cruz. What the fuck happened, Texas?

to our knowledge, God can't prevent physical death as well.  If someone disagrees please post examples.

Did Robertson spend any time talking about the evils of loving money while selling a book and being surrounded by stock prices on an all-business cable channel?

This shit is why fox news sucks giant dick. Incidents of marijuana poisoning increase in Quebec

https://www.foxnews.com/world/incidents-of-marijuana-poisoning-more-than-triple-in-quebec-since-legalization

Marijuana poisoning? Wow they make it sound like overdosing on alcohol or opiates. Deadly stuff right?

Oh wait, it's not:

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.civilized.life/articles/what-is-cannabis-poisoning-and-why-is-it-on-the-rise/amp.html

It's not "poisoning" it's ignorant mofos who don't know what they're doing thinking "I'll go ahead and eat this entire weed candy bar at once" and getting too high then getting paranoid and calling for an ambulance for no real reason. Also going from 25 dumb asses to 89 is a crisis big enough to create a headline Fox news story about?

Yeah, guess it's more important than the trump crime family's latest fuckups.

I love how buying clothes at Target is embarrassing to these people when their viewers spend most of their money at Wal Mart.

Looks like they found another brunette with legs to plug in to that left seat.

May have to start watching it...  on mute, of course.

I do the same with every show on CW. Plus there's no ticker or chyron spouting bullshit, either

While, yeah, if you don't think in blinkered black/white terms (recognizing the gray), the adviser could've been much more effective communicating to that audience by simply stating "unnecessary =/= eliminate." Maybe the light would then turn on in a few of their dimlit skulls.

We need to be better at speaking in a more clear, direct, and less nuanced manner when speaking to the People of Walmart. Unfortunately, in a democracy, their opinions matter too so it's on us to be more effective at communicating to different audiences.

"The trans debate"?

What's the debate, actually?  Should they be allowed in public?  Should they have civil rights?  Should they be allowed to live?  Where's the line, Tucker?
