Guess we still can't hit soft-tossing lefties for shit

for a lineup with 4 great righty hitters, our lineup always seems shittier against lefties.

it can't just be a josh reddick thing, right?

6 or 7 from the starter and the game is pretty much over.  Haven't had a backend of relievers this good since the glory days of Lidge, Dotel and Wagner.

this bullpen is nasty with a group of young arms ready to go in AAA

Ehhh
While factually true, not all 6 game winning streaks are created equal.
I’lll tip my cap to the Angels for a 3 game sweep of the Brewers. Their other 3 wins were against the dick grabbers.
M’s have 6 in a row against the White Sox and Royals.

I look forward to our 9 game streak and M’s new 3 game losing streak come Sunday evening and being only a game back.

Yeah, I was watching that live and did a double take. Had to rewind to see if he really said what I thought I heard.

That was awesome. Hinch rivals Bregman in the arrogance department. I love it.

James Paxton is bringing up that old sign stealing trope again

I did find out I was tipping my pitches when there were guys at second base.

however the facts show it's bullshit

The Astros with literally no one on 2B: two singles, two doubles, one triple, two home runs.
The Astros with a runner on 2B: zero hits, one walk.

James Paxton is a moron.

We love to rag on Correa, but man, this team’s record when he’s in the lineup and can swing the bat.

Seems I'm always holding my breath when I watch him play, because I'm nervous that another injury is but a moment away. But clearly, few guys are more talented. We're as good as anyone when Correa's hitting on all cylinders.
