Dropped on Netflix today. Attenborough has been my hero since blue planet came out nearly 20 years ago. It is amazing that he is still the voice of conservationism at 90+ years-old. It's also amazing how much we have managed to fuck nature up in a couple hundred years, which is undeniable even if you manage to deny climate change. What remains is still so incredible though, and the camera work in just the first episode is amazing.

The man is an international treasure. How many more can he do? My first memories of nature videos were on some VHS that my dad had from his Trial of Life series from 1990.
