I could be wrong, but I think Bibi, in the run up to our election, is trying to exact as much violence, death and destruction in Gaza so as to stoke Arab anger in swing states against Kamala. It’s at least part of his larger political calculation.

This is exactly what he's doing, they're not even being transparent about it. He's been meeting with Trump.

IDF is effectively using the distractions of the ongoing American political theatre. American media won’t muster even the superficial coverage that some of the recent days would typically generate cause they are too busy focusing on a roast comedian and whatever uncle Joe is rolling out from the basement.

CNN’s Abby Phillip Ejects Guest Mid-Show Over Ugly Comment Directed at Mehdi Hasan: ‘That Is Not Going to Happen Here’

I find this incredibly amusing because his rhetoric is basically indistinguishable from some posters on this site and I could pull up a whole lot of receipts in this thread alone from posters that are otherwise progressive/good posters that made posts that sound exactly like this guy. Classic Zionist NPC talking points, if you speak up in defense of Palestinians you're Hamas and you should die. Rinse, repeat.

They're nervous about how badly they're losing the hearts and minds of regular people. Once people realize there's no upside or moral high ground to defending Israel, they never look back. All they've got are frivolous antisemitism allegations, but that tactic has stopped working and they're saltier than Florida State about it.

I can look at Ukraine and look at the democrats and not think everything is black and white. Why is that so hard for you. Republicans have been after the Russians since the 50s. I understand that is very hard for you to understand and I appreciate the insult brother, it says a lot about you.

Since you have a better understanding of the situation, please explain how a Trump presidency will be good for Ukraine.

I didn't watch any of Kamala's recent addresses as I voted for her as quickly as feasible - did she mention this issue directly in any of those?

As far as I know she's been tactically avoiding bringing it up, and when it does come up, she has a canned response that sucks. They gamed this out long ago and made a clear choice to avoid the issue as much as humanly possible.
