The most polarized cities all have something in common.  Can't quite put my finger on it.

Are there train tracks running through them?

I live in a pretty good community with lots of professionals who have an education.

Needless to say, we vote more Dem than most of Texas.

2018 midterms

Men with college educations voted R 51-49.  Women with college educations voted D 59-39 (going to guess that Trump drove a lot of that)

Men without college voted R 66-32.  Women without college educations voted R 56-42.

So education tends to move people to vote more D, but among Men it is still majority in R.

Among racial lines, clearly minorities vote D.
