Coolest motherfucker on TV for a time....

My dad sold Marlin Perkins a camera.  I never learned if he used it on the show, perhaps taking snapshots of Jim getting his ass whipped by an anaconda.

He 100% used it to take erotic pics of the locals.

Because we all know that's how Marlin rolled.

Crunchy tacos - I'm talking pre-made shells, taco meat seasoned from a seasoning packet, shredded cheddar cheese and lettuce.

love me some taco night tacos. protip: for your "water" dump a small can of nacho sliced jalapenos in. also, cheese goes directly on the warm ground beef where it nicely melts in instead of on the lettuce where it falls off and gets lost.

I forgot to take pics so this is not mine. Just one I found on the net, but made spinach pie tonight. First time making it. Came out really good, IMO. Mrs Mo loved it.

I put my cheese in the bottom of the hot crunchy taco shells before adding the meat. It melts and forms a glue that will hold the shells together if they happen to crack while eating them.

Yeah, I gotta get my rotisserie out… that looks incredible!

In less exciting news, I keep putzing around with meatballs and wanted some low carb filler, so I subbed broccolini for noodles and it smashed.

Looks great!  Spaghetti squash is a great substitute for pasta as well.

Interesting that you used cast iron for this.  I've always avoided highly acidic foods in cast iron. Then again, I've found that a lot of the pearl clutching about cast iron seasoning, cleaning, and cooking is overblown, so maybe this is just another example.
