so, Jeffrey Epstein

Trump’s former Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta is directly responsible for the rape of every girl Trump good buddy Epstein raped for the last decade. He orchestrated the cover up of Epstein’s crimes and ensured he received “home confinement” for a few months. This was certainly done with the backing and cover of trump type criminal sexual deviants.

Ladies and gentleman, the president of the United States!

While I applaud the work of A.G. George here, what the fuck was the previous justice administration in the VI doing for the last decade?  Seems like they've been collecting evidence on him for several years but waited until he was dead for six months before taking any action whatsoever?  Da fuh?

Wild guess, but the article mentions the investigators/monitors performing the routine sex offender checks being turned away by Epstein or his people. He had to register after which year? I'll have to go look that up. But in the meantime, he was uncooperative and very very wealthy and surrounded himself with also very very wealthy powerful people. I guess I am jaded but money can make people look the other way. I don't know how it works with the US Virgin Islands and cooperation (yeah right) between the US mainland. It wasn't a tropical camp for underprivileged girls he was running that is for sure. Those poor kids.

Coroner Accidentally Burned Jeffrey Epstein’s Body & Dumped It In Ocean

WHAT is being labeled as a ‘simple’ administration error that ‘could have happened to any one of the bodies’ being stored in the New York City coroner’s office, the body belonging to billionaire sex trafficker and friend to the famous and the powerful, Jeffrey Epstein, has been mistakenly destroyed via burning before being dumped in the Atlantic ocean.

The latest unfortunate coincidence comes after the CCTV footage in Epstein’s cell, which could have shown conclusively whether or not he committed suicide, was deleted accidentally.

With the autopsy also concluding the paedophile committed suicide, authorities have admitted it is a ‘shame’ a second autopsy cannot be carried out on his body.

“While it is not normal procedure to accidentally to burn a cadaver, douse it in acid, and then burn it again before mixing it with the ashes of other corpses and then sailing 25 miles out to sea to dump it. We accept that this was just an unfortunate mistake which needs no further investigation,” confirmed police not looking into the incident.

As the sailing boat, registered to a man named Itani Mulli, involved in the incident evaded detection at sea there is no way of pinpointing the exact location of the remains of Epstein, who counted the world’s rich and powerful among he closest friends.

“I think the public knows the difference between an honest mistake and a sinister cover up, so they’ll be happy to know we’re not wasting valuable police time by reexamining a simple error,” confirmed a NYPD spokesperson.

I read that title thinking it was real.

it is, I assure you.  Look, the article mentions the missing CCTV footage, a known fact and thusly a clear indication of the veracity of it's entire scope.

I think that's what Lobo is musing about. Who obstructed the investigation? Did anyone at Justice restrain the local prosecutors? Were the local prosecutors in cahoots with Epstein prior to this AG?

A study of this will likely reveal elements of Mrs. Whiggins' post. I want that study, but the forces that couldn't keep Epstein alive in federal custody don't give anyone much confidence. It would take great courage to push forward in any kind of investigation. I hope the law or the press or somebody takes up the challenge.

Life is dangerous in a banana republic. It's also getting cheaper and cheaper evidently.

It is now convenient and expeditious to shit on the now deceased Epstein.  When he was alive, it was not.

It's a glory-grab.

I don't know, but there was some serious human trafficking going on at some pretty high levels and it was occurring for a long long time.

I'm not sure I buy the "trafficking" narrative as applied to Epstein.  That's an FBI/DOJ rhetoric to mask how ineffective they have been with regard to actual large-scale human trafficking, and because it's a political priority that I believe is aimed at getting some of our allies to be more effective at stopping real human trafficking at the source.

Epstein was a grimy pimp in the grand scale of human trafficking.

I'm not minimizing Epstein's crimes, but the tendency of LEO, especially feds, to label any chickenshit hooker bust a blow against human trafficking is a pet peeve of mine and is bound to result in more unjust prosecutions like backpage.

I agree that the numbers are probably quite small comparatively and your points are valid. I have concerns that there are some high ranking officials who are covering for child sexual abuse and the hypocrisy of them pushing a rhetoric of ‘going after traffickers’ while covering for pedophiles and rapists is disturbing.

Very true.  Something just isnt' right about the whole "human trafficking" thing.  My theory that it's a domestic thing intended to be used to spur on our foreign friends may be overly optimistic or naive on my part.

I think what got me was the modeling agency angle. As I said, the numbers may be much smaller especially when including numbers for non-sex trade occupations, but agencies (not just Trump’s) such as John Casablanca’s (who apparently also liked them young) provide a cover to ship girls or boys from Europe or another country under the auspices of a legitimate job. Throw in some mobsters plus the porn producer linked to mobsters that is apparently running the set simulations for ICE (that was announced some time ago), and I guess I have a slightly more jaded view.

I get all that, but the difference between Epstein's (alleged) crimes and the average chickenshit hooker bust is the age of the "hookers".  I don't think the body count has to top 10,000 for me to care.

Listen to the episode about human trafficking of the podcast “You’re Wrong About” - it’s all manipulated stats bullshittery.

It’s a moral panic in the vein of the satanic panic in the 80s and stranger danger etc.

Unrelated note but the podcast "Boomtown" gets into this as well.  They talk about sex work in the Permian Basic and how the locals want to shut it down because of "human trafficking," despite there being zero cases of that.  You're right, though.  Human trafficking is used as an excuse to bust sex workers and whatnot.  There's very little of it.  (Read up on the Robert Kraft case.)

I like how the right wing conspiracy types were obsessed with the Epstein/Clinton angle but Trump brings on Starr and Dershowitz to go along with Barr and they haven't said a word.

Six months to determine if some of the evidence in question was video/audio proof of Epstein molesting underrage children.  Not a good look for the Prosecutor when your primary rationale to the public for taking so damn long with some of this evidence is, "We had to take our time with these recordings to really be sure we were dealing with child rape.  I mean, we had to just pour over it for weeks and weeks at a time, taking time off only for Gatorade and a quick shower.  We really, really had to just drill down on this evidence to see if young girls were being violated in any way.  In some cases, we had to rent out screening rooms at theaters just to be double-sure."

A federal judge’s rejection of a Miami Herald appeal for release of documents related to the investigation of disgraced financier Jeffrey E. Epstein raises the chances that the public may never learn the names of men who preyed on underage girls with him.

Necro bump.  If you didn't already hate Alan Dershowitz enough, the new Epstein documentary on Netflix will add some fuel to your fire.   It's a damn good look at the whole thing.  Although with everything going on, I can't watch more than two episodes at a time, or it just fucking depresses me to no end.

It would be amusing to hear your summary of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. Lemme guess:

Jeffrey Epstein was a friend of a woman Bill Clinton had sex with.

Bill Clinton was a big adulterer.

The world's best minds think Hillary Clinton had him murdered which was her basic problem-solving technique.

The End.

I finished the 4th episode last night.  Depressing.  A huge shout out to the former PBPD Chief who tried his damnest.  Screw every last person in the PB DA's and AG's offices.  I didn't come away with the disgust of Dershowitz.  He is a defense attorney and they put on blinders to assist their clients.  Same with Starr and the rest.  But for God's sake how in hell could so many in the legal system be so corrupt?  FBI?  Now I hope there is a special place in hell for Acosta.

Look, I'm a center right GOP kinda guy in my 80's but I have no use for corruption in any form especially when it involves our governmental agencies who we trust to to look out for the Jeffrey Epsteins in this world and for certain our legal system.  So much fail.

As to the rumors, I think Prince Andrew was without doubt caught with his tit in the wringer but I'm not certain about Clinton.  I thought the woman who procured for Epstein was a Dyke.

If Lincoln Project wants to go scorched earth they should just have a 30 second ad where it’s a still shot of the Jane Doe vs Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein lawsuit. Just highlight and enhance the part where Epstein punches the girl in the face and says he should have been the one to take your virginity, not Trump. Nowhere near enough people in Trump country have seen or heard about it.

First off. Holy shit, congrats on making it to your 80s.

Secondly, Clinton was seen in person by Cell Tower guy. I’m not saying he was doing anything wrong, but he has repeatedly lied and said he never went to the Island. The flight log said he went 26 times. Now, you may not believe the flight log, but the Cell Tower repair man has no reason to lie.

Yeah, the Clinton denials are hard to believe.

And my anger with Dersh starts early on because I am convinced he has lied his teeth about not having sex with that girl.  So in a way he was defending himself as well as Epstein.

I still think there are too many high level people worldwide involved with Epstein, that he had too much compromising evidence against them.   I think he got off on total control, being able to dupe or intimidate people into doing things against their will.  And he found younger women malleable for just this.  It wasn't just the sex for him, but the power he had over them.  He pushed the envelope of the law to prove he could, that he was too clever to get caught.  And if caught, he'd get released.  Released because he had used the same tricks on people of influence and wealth to entrap them, just as he had those girls.   It was doubly devious because he was using those girls as bait.

There is no telling what else this fucker was involved in, but espionage and money laundering have been mentioned.

He didn't commit suicide.  He wasn't the kind to do that.   He always felt he could talk himself out of anything, there'd be a window he could jump through.   To commit suicide would have admitted to the world he wasn't as clever as he thought.
